Job Title: High Net Worth Account Manager

Oracle RMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Net Worth Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing personalized attention and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Review and analyze client policies to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced coverage.
  • Process and review transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • RIBO licensed and working towards or having CIP or CAIB designation.
  • 5-7 years' experience in Personal Lines, including client-facing and knowledge of high net worth carriers.
  • 3+ years' experience in managing and servicing a High Net Worth Personal Lines book of business.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid work model.
