About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer to join our team at ELITES - Accelerate at Iver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend microservices to be deployed in a Kubernetes cluster.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure backend microservices using the latest techniques and architecture.
  • Collaborate with the Frontend team to create the UI with backend support.
  • Develop automated unit tests and node-level feature tests.
  • Document your features and ensure code quality.
  • Work with the team to deliver products on time and meet requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience with backend development in a Linux environment.
  • Experience with web-based and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience developing microservices in Kubernetes.
  • Previous cloud experience, such as Azure, is preferred.
  • Experience with Jira, GitLab, and Agile.
  • Experience with Python and Golang is preferred.
  • Experience with ELK, data analytics, and monitoring is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL is preferred.
  • Experience with IP Security, SSL, and Certificates is preferred.
  • Experience with code reviews.
  • English required.
