Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend microservices to be deployed in a Kubernetes cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure backend microservices
  • Collaborate with the Frontend team to create a seamless user experience
  • Develop automated unit tests and node-level feature tests
  • Document your feature and ensure high-quality code
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • Experience with backend development in a Linux environment
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
  • Experience developing microservices in Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
  • Experience with Jira, GitLab, and Agile
  • Experience with Python and Golang
  • Experience with ELK, Data analytics, and monitoring
