About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming.
  • Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Shopping for groceries and household essentials.
  • Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Have no degree, certificate or diploma.
  • Have experience in a similar field, although it is not required.
  • Be willing to relocate to work with clients in their own homes.
  • Pass a criminal record check and provide references.
Work Conditions

This role requires:

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Physically demanding work, including lifting and transferring clients.
