We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at BRP. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, creating innovative ways to move on snow, water, asphalt, dirt, and even in the air.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. This will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements related to Salesforce functionality
  • Analyzing and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom development as needed
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity within Salesforce by defining data models, validation rules, and data import/export processes
  • Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce features and functionalities
  • Developing and executing test plans, including user acceptance testing, to ensure that Salesforce solutions are error-free and meet business requirements
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes within Salesforce
  • Managing and coordinating the rollout of new features and functionalities, including user adoption strategies
  • Creating reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators and assist in data-driven decision-making
  • Assisting end-users with issues, identifying and resolving problems, and working with Salesforce support as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices, and proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, information technology, etc.)
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are a plus
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and business processes
  • Understanding of data management and data modelling concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce)
  • Knowledge of integration tools and methods for connecting Salesforce with other systems
  • Project management skills and experience
