EWOR GmbH is seeking a highly driven individual to join our 6-month Fellowship programme as an Aerospace Entrepreneurship Leader. This unique opportunity is designed for those who aspire to become successful founders in the aerospace industry.

As part of our programme, you will embark on a rigorous journey of personal development, entrepreneurship education, and venture capital support. You will have the chance to work with unicorn founders, esteemed investors, industry experts, and global CEOs, and develop the concept for your future start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and run your own start-up in the aerospace industry
  • Participate in 20 courses ranging from team building to no-code prototyping, as well as preparing venture capital rounds
  • Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial drive to build your business and fulfill your role as founder
  • Ability to join us with or without an idea
  • Commitment to a formal agreement with EWOR GmbH
