At StandardAero, we're seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support to our business unit, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with airworthiness and contractual requirements.
  • Participate in proactive risk analysis of flight/product safety critical parts and processes.
  • Identify and establish improvement programs through root cause analysis.
  • Own, generate, maintain, and update temporary overhaul data revisions (TODRs).
  • Provide input to management pertaining to repair/process implementation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in mechanical, industrial, aerospace, or metallurgical engineering; or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Good planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
