Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting approach to meet recruitment demand
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment of entry-level candidates
  • Utilize and maintain accurate data in candidate management tools
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, student groups, and associations, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Post job advertisements
  • Manage a heavy requisition load
  • Be the point of contact for hiring managers
  • Interview viable candidates
  • Present to hiring managers
  • Manage the ATS system
  • Provide offer letters
  • Prepare candidates for onboarding

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience required
  • Minimum two years of experience in managing ATS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • Agriculture knowledge experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with a variety of management personalities
  • Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes, procedures, and tools
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English
