Nubo Kitchen + Bar is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team. This role will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate activities of staff in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train new staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Evaluate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and adjust accordingly.
  • Maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and record stock levels, sales, and wastage.
  • Cultivate knowledge of culinary genres and incorporate into menu offerings.
  • Develop and implement work schedules that meet business needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
