Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to hemodialysis patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Act as a clinical resource and provide education to patients and their families on hemodialysis and related care.
- Participate in data management and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Regional Dialysis Program team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- 3 years of recent acute care experience.
- Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BCLS certification.
- CNeph (C) certification preferred.
- Computer literacy in current software applications.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development, as well as customer service and continuous quality improvement.
