At Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Renal program. As a key member of our hemodialysis team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to hemodialysis patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Act as a clinical resource and provide education to patients and their families on hemodialysis and related care.
  • Participate in data management and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Dialysis Program team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of recent acute care experience.
  • Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • CNeph (C) certification preferred.
  • Computer literacy in current software applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development, as well as customer service and continuous quality improvement.
