With over 20 years of operation, we have established a rich variety of ministry-inspected courses that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Our blended learning approach combines face-to-face mentoring with online asynchronous instruction, allowing students to engage with their peers and educators in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a highly motivated teacher and mentor, you will serve as the classroom teacher in one of our partner communities, mentoring local students in their online courses across all subject areas. You will also instruct online courses, leveraging your expertise to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a member of, or eligible for membership in, the Ontario College of Teachers, qualified for intermediate and/or senior divisions, and possess diverse technological skills and a general aptitude with educational software. Your ability to work effectively in a blended learning environment and communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Your salary will be determined based on your education and experience according to the teacher salary grid, which ranges from $41,062.32 to $107,466.32. In addition to your compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefit package, including pension (OTPP), professional development opportunities, and NTIP certification.
