About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our Special Services Crew at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional floor care services to our clients, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver floor care programs as part of our preventative maintenance plan, ensuring service levels are met with clients.
  • Respond to calls as required, with flexibility to work varying shifts and locations.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including floor refinishing, carpet and upholstery extraction cleaning, power washing, and high dusting.
  • Operate floor care equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
  • Work in confined spaces, sometimes switching between nights and days within the same week.
Requirements
  • Class G driver's license (required)
  • Ability to drive a van hauling an equipment trailer, drive in reverse with a trailer, and safely load and secure equipment.
  • Floor refinishing experience, including waxing and buffing.
  • Excellent hard surface cleaning experience.
  • Strong understanding of floor care equipment and safety procedures.
  • Security clearance eligibility (mandatory) to work in various buildings.
