About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowmaking Equipment Operator to join our team at Dagmar Resort Ltd. As a key member of our snowmaking team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality snow conditions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine snow quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Set up and operate air/water snow guns and fan snow guns
  • Monitor snowmaking operations and make necessary repairs
  • Operate snowmobiles, ATVs, and 4-wheel drive vehicles
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in outdoor conditions
  • Flexibility and reliability to work varied shifts and schedules
