Culinary Expert for Pioneer Cruises

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Pioneer Cruises. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of culinary projects and events, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. You will also be required to prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, clean kitchen and work areas, organize buffets and banquets, and manage kitchen operations.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads, as well as work under pressure and meet deadlines.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. LocationThis role is based in various locations around the world, and you will be required to travel frequently to different ports and destinations.
