Key Tasks:

  • Prepare and Cook Complete Meals: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for passengers.
  • Prepare Dishes for Customers with Food Allergies: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Inspect Kitchens: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Order Supplies: Order supplies and equipment for the kitchen.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Clean Kitchen: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Manage Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
