Job Summary

Dcore Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team. As a Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable surface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
Work Environment

As a Plastering Specialist, you will work in a variety of settings, including industrial, institutional, and urban areas. You will be exposed to dusty and outdoors environments, and will be required to work at heights.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plastering
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty environments
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work in a team environment
