Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Services Operator to join our team at Best Buy. As a Field Services Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Field Services Agents across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, input, review, and optimize schedules to increase the productivity and utilization of the fleet and the Agents in the field.
  • Support vendors through the collection and prioritization of service calls for vendor displays in store.
  • Optimize the Service Areas by understanding the patterns and utilization of the hub stores.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm appointment dates and rebook any required schedule changes.
  • Validate Field Service Agents Visa transactions and coach others on proper coding and Visa usage.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm to assist customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
