About the Role

CIMA+ is seeking a skilled Building Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of automated regulation systems in building mechanics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design and development of drawings and specifications for automatic regulation systems.
  • Determine construction costs and quantities in accordance with standard methods and established drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct surveys and studies, and write technical reports.
  • Participate in the resolution of technical problems.
  • Write progress reports and contribute to drawing up action plans.
  • Participate in partial supervision of construction work.
Requirements
  • DCS in building mechanics.
  • A minimum of five years' relevant experience in building automatic regulation.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • ASP Construction card.
  • LEED certification or knowledge of sustainable development and energy efficiency principles (an asset).
