As an Electrical Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid or full-time remote mode. You will be responsible for designing and estimating projects of small to medium size, conducting simulations using specialized software, and ensuring the supervision of construction sites.

Your Daily Work

  • Design and estimate projects of small to medium size.
  • Conduct simulations using specialized software, Autocad 2D and 3D.
  • Ensure the supervision of construction sites.
  • Act as a discipline leader or project manager.
  • Contribute to the proper functioning and evolution of the quality assurance system.
  • Work safely for yourself and others.
  • Contribute to the development of the company and its market.
  • Attend design team meetings.

Your Background

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Building Electrical).
  • Master of Autocad software (mandatory) and Revit (advantageous).
  • Experience in consulting engineering, a major asset.
  • Knowledge of the Building Electrical Code and its applications.
  • Hold a general safety and health certificate on construction sites.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Functional English, an asset.
  • Hold a high level of rigor and attention to detail while being able to manage multiple deliverables in tight deadlines.
  • Possess human qualities to work in a team and maintain good relationships with clients.
