At PROGRESS SPORT INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Sports Coach to lead our competitive programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing well-planned competitive schedules and programs, as well as motivating and preparing athletes or teams for competitive events or games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out management duties, including coordinating competitive programs and performing clerical tasks such as maintaining filing systems.
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to help athletes improve their skills and performance.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or teams' performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction and present materials at conferences or symposiums.
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
