Job Title: Painter Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Painter Helper to join our team at Richie Painting Ltd. As a Painter Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our painting team by assisting with various tasks related to painting and construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on job sites.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment:

As a Painter Helper, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in dusty conditions and lift heavy materials. You must be physically fit and able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Support for Youth, Veterans, and Indigenous People:

We offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth, Veterans, and Indigenous workers. We also provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for these groups.

Work Term and Language:

This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
