Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
