About the Position:
As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
