We're seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team and support our customers in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring customer success.

The Technical Account Manager will play a critical role in onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and resolving billing issues. They will work closely with our Account Managers and other teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding sessions, conduct training sessions, and develop onboarding materials to educate customers on our billing platform.
  • Implementation: Assist customers with implementing and setting up our billing solution, ensuring it meets their specific business needs.
  • Resolving Billing Issues: Investigate and resolve complex billing situations, including invoicing errors, QBO Sync errors, disputes, or other challenges.
  • Account Manager and Success Manager Support: Partner with Account Managers to support billing prospects through the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Customer Billing Success & Retention: Monitor adoption and usage of the billing platform, provide insights, and recommendations to improve the customer experience and increase retention rates.
