Job Description- Manage Kitchen Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into kitchen performance.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
