Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Carlisle Corporation. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and personnel training to maximize customer satisfaction
- Developing and executing a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community
- Maintaining adequate bench strength in the management team and ensuring co-manager has adequate crew depth for each shift
- Training store personnel to execute procedures for preparation and serving of quality products
- Resolving customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt
- Executing cleaning plans through delegation to the management team
- Managing production labor control and food cost control using flowcharts, "build-to" system, and store schedule and positioning system
- Monitoring and managing store inventory levels to ensure product/item availability
- Establishing realistic and meaningful daily operational goals for management and staff
- Maintaining safe working conditions in the store as outlined in company policies and procedures
- Following company policy for cash control and security
- Managing employee files and time cards strictly in accordance with policies
- Managing shifts effectively using guidelines within "Managing Better Shifts" or similar checklist
- Ensuring managers understand and adhere to Policies and Procedures
- Trains crew and management to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance of equipment (Preventative Maintenance Program)
- Using consistent practices in managing performance problems with managers and crew (Interaction Management)
- Manages crew and management in a manner which maximizes retention (reducing turnover)
- Conducts manager meetings to facilitate communication with management and crew; Manages grievance process; Performance Management
- Conducts management performance reviews on a timely basis
- Takes appropriate corrective action in response to performance problems of crew and management
- 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
