Job Title: Director of IT
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of IT to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive the successful implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with our existing technology infrastructure.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive organizational change and ensure a smooth transition.
- Lead the development of subject matter expertise within our organization, ensuring that our IT operations are aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and ensure successful integration of technology solutions.
- Develop and implement risk management safeguards to ensure project outcomes meet organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong strategic planning skills with proven experience in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Change management expertise, with a proven track record of driving effective organizational change in technology projects.
- Proven experience in strategic resource allocation and project management monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledgeable in IT operations management, with familiarity in systems integration tools and experience in optimizing IT processes.
