Building Maintenance Supervisor

Kanin Construction Management Inc is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and operations, with experience in supervising workers and projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising workers and projects
- Co-ordinating and scheduling activities
- Overseeing apprenticeship training
- Training or arranging for training
- Managing own company
- Setting up machines and equipment
- Estimating costs and materials
- Recommending personnel actions
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies
The successful candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
