Job Summary
We are looking for a team-oriented and energetic individual to join our team in downtown Kelowna, with a trendy office space as part of The District on Bernard. As an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
- Manage and optimize Shopify+, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center campaigns
- Analyze data and metrics to pinpoint areas of opportunity and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and emerging brands in the industry
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns
- Utilize Canva, CRM platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify to create and manage marketing materials
- Conduct SEO audits and implement best practices to improve website visibility
- Develop and maintain high-quality content for marketing campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous e-commerce experience
- Educational background in Marketing
- Experience in Canva, CRM platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience in Excel and data analysis/manipulation
- High-quality writing skills and an eye for design
- Customer service experience
- A creative and collaborative individual
- A strong problem-solver with metrics-driven thinking
