Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop is a rapidly expanding company with a strong presence in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce Marketing + Content Coordinator to join our Support Office team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a team-oriented and energetic individual to join our downtown Kelowna office, located in a trendy space as part of The District on Bernard. As an Ecommerce Marketing + Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for driving traffic, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify+, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center accounts
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content and social media campaigns
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging brands
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of previous e-commerce experience
  • Education in Marketing
  • Experience in Canva, CRM platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and data analysis
  • High-quality writing skills and an eye for design
  • Customer service experience
  • A creative and collaborative individual with strong problem-solving skills
