Key Responsibilities:- Manage asset and share deals from start to finish
- Work with private lenders to provide financing
- Draft complex commercial contracts
- Collaborate with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members to achieve common goals
- 2+ years of practice as a lawyer
- Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
- Strong legal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
