Job Title: Keyholder (Part-time) - Gander Shopping Centre

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder at our Gander Shopping Centre location.

About the Role:

As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring a positive store environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and promotions.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage store expenses, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
