Sales Associate Role Overview

Rogers is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. You will promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard, and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You will also participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the retail experience in our stores by providing best-in-class service and value-added solutions to customers
  • Promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach to customers via phone calls and business text messaging
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
  • Operate with a creative spirit that can adapt to an ever-changing environment while enjoying the thrill of hitting sales goals
