Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst - Commercial Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI). As a key member of our commercial excellence team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience and driving operational excellence from a pricing perspective.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or contracting & pricing, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. A university degree in Business or Finance is preferred, but not required.

This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities using Excel are essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate contract maintenance changes received from internal partners, recommending course of action based on investigation and analysis.
  • Produce accurate and timely customer-facing documentation outlining changes (MS Excel, MS Word).
  • Implement complete contract price data management by ensuring new contracts meet established requirements and all pertinent files are current and filed appropriately.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical reasoning to support commercial partners in contracting decision making.
  • Perform data compilation and analysis using analytical tools and systems with consistent accuracy.
  • Maintain SOX and HCC documentation as required, acting as gatekeeper of contract set up activities.
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies until resolution, assessing priority to reduce revenue impacts and process inefficiencies.
  • Innovate contracts-related process improvements that add value to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or contracting & pricing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and handle priorities effectively.
  • Superior attention to detail and analytical capabilities using Excel primarily.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, SAP (ERP), business intelligence systems, and other desktop applications.
