E4C seeks a skilled Program Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of its assigned school sites. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and bridging service work to broader goals within the Early Learning program delivery.

About the Role

The Program Operations Director will lead in a manner that increases potential and capacity in personnel, operations, and community settings. This includes responding to emergent needs within the community to ensure program achievement of service outcomes and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Operation
    • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams using a case management framework to guide daily activities, ensuring best practices, roles, and quality programming are clearly outlined and followed.
    • Manage the program operational cycle and plan service delivery to achieve program goals and outcomes.
    • Review family case plans to ensure programming reflects the needs and diversity of participants.
    • Ensure active participation in the community to foster support for connections, link options, and opportunities to create meaningful outcomes and nurture natural support.
    • Implement leading practices and safety protocols.
    • Engage with community resources to represent, discuss, or establish collaborations, partnerships, or services to improve services to participants.
    • Spend time in the classroom observing activities and providing feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Leadership
    • Anticipate staffing changes, training needs, participate in interviews, selection, onboarding, orientation, evaluation, development, disciplinary actions, and goal planning with HR.
    • Support staff in their roles by observing performance, recognizing successes, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining documentation.
    • Debrief critical incidents and/or crisis situations with staff and others to provide support, ensure proper protocol was followed, and minimize future incidents.
  • Administration
    • Participate in grant proposals, funding applications, internal, and external reports.
    • Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, funder requirements, and reporting deadlines.
    • Prepare required reports and annual budget projections for effective program planning and ongoing review.
    • Ensure timely development, management, and reporting of information regarding service delivery.
    • Review timesheet submissions and monitor use of vacation, sick leave, and other benefits.
    • Work with OHS and HR on staff incidents and coordination for WCB claims.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on the company's standard compensation structure and industry standards for similar roles in the location. The salary may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
