The Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) is a leader in advocacy and inclusion for families with special needs. We are seeking a Residential Care Worker to assist residents in our group homes in Vancouver, enhancing their quality of life through activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with physical, emotional, social, and recreational needs
  • Ensure residents' physical, emotional, social, recreational, economic, educational, and medical needs are met
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide care and support

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a field related to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with similar needs. They should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
