Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Mantecon Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Dundas, Ontario. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the overall development, leadership, and management of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage civil engineering projects, including watermains, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems
  • Lead and direct project teams to ensure client and project success
  • Market and secure civil engineering projects in the GTHA region
  • Coordinate and manage the work of sub-consultants as needed
  • Project Management for the civil engineering team and related sub-consultants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in civil and/or environmental engineering
  • Designation as Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Ontario
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting engineering or municipal environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
