Job Summary

BrainStation Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to lead the delivery of our 12-week Web Development Diploma program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver lectures on web development topics, including React, Node/Express, and databases
  • Mentor students in the development of their projects, providing expert technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with other educators to create and improve the educational experience for students
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the program
  • Work closely with the program team to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a web engineering role
  • Strong public speaking abilities and experience teaching/mentoring others
  • Self-motivated, empathetic, and approachable demeanor
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed
