Senior Staff Accountant

Mier Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing tax services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Provide tax services, including preparing tax returns and providing tax planning advice
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- CPA designation and a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance services
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
