About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portable Foreperson to lead our crushing and screening team in our quarry operations. As the captain of crushing, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operations are carried out in accordance with company protocols and inspecting work in progress to ensure quality meets all specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the crew and facilitate a safe work culture, ensuring all health, safety, and environmental policies are being adhered to.
- Review all completed work, ensuring appropriate documentation and administrative duties such as time sheets and inspections are completed, tracking quantities and production.
- Ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is followed, and all required maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and plant to ensure quality and production.
