Foreman of Portable Crushing Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Foreperson to lead our portable crushing operation. As the captain of crushing, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality meets all specifications, adjusting schedules accordingly
- Provide leadership to the crew and facilitate a safe work culture
- Review all completed work, ensuring appropriate documentation and administrative duties are completed
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all required maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and plant are carried out
