We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planned refrigeration case maintenance program across Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a team of case maintenance technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  3. Liaise with technicians to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or supervisory role, preferably in a refrigeration or cold storage environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
  • Full driving license and willingness to work night shifts.
  • Experience of managing/supervising a team and maintaining health and safety policies.
