Disability Case Manager

At Alight, we're committed to helping our employees thrive in their careers and personal lives. As a Disability Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees who are experiencing health-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough case assessments to identify barriers to successful return-to-work and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with employees, managers, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless return-to-work process.
- Provide proactive communication and support to employees and managers throughout the return-to-work process.
- Manage the transition to long-term disability (LTD) and provide medical and summary case management information to the LTD insurer.
- Attend team meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in disability case management or a related field.
- University degree in a related field, such as occupational health, rehabilitation, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- French/English language skills are an asset.
