As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients, excellent interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel.
We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus paid mileage at $0.45 per/km and travel time.
Our benefits package includes comprehensive orientation, hands-on mentoring, up-to-date mobile devices, and opportunities to volunteer in countries with limited access to healthcare.
In this role, you will develop and maintain effective care plans, work with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, communicate with interdisciplinary care teams, and perform other clinical duties as required.
You will be part of a highly supportive and collaborative environment, focused exclusively on quality of patient care, with opportunities to exercise your full scope of practice, pursue specialization, and champion innovative health care programs.
