About the RoleThe Lead Food Services Team Member - Restaurant Supervisor is a key role within our company. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
You will be responsible for supervising employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual who is able to work well under pressure. You should have previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment and be proficient in using a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. You will have the opportunity to work with different levels of staff, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
We offer a competitive pay rate, starting at $23.23 per hour, and a range of benefits, including fuel discounts, weekly pay, RRSP, extended health care benefits, AD&D insurance, life insurance, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and an extensive training program.
