Job Title: 3PL Warehousing Sales Executive About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 3PL Warehousing Sales Executive to join our team at Traffic Tech. As a key member of our Warehousing Sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts within our warehousing vertical. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential clients within various industries requiring warehousing and logistics services * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their warehousing and logistics needs * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention * Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to assess service performance and address any issues * Understand clients' supply chain requirements and offer tailored warehousing and logistics solutions * Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review * Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth Requirements: * Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry * Strong operational knowledge and analytical skills in warehousing operations and supply chain solutions * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Results-driven with a strong sales orientation * Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative * Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * High level of integrity and professionalism What We Offer: * Robust industry with training and mentorship * Compensation package that includes Medical and Dental benefits * Life Insurance/AD&D Insurance * Long-term disability * Personal and Volunteer days off * Vacation available after probation period * Dynamic environment and 'can-do' culture This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
