Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team at Residence les Jardins les Becquets as a Medical Support Worker.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Medical Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily needs of our residents, including personal care, mobility, and medical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers and walking assistance
  • Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as required
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in healthcare or a related field would be an asset, as would previous experience working in a similar environment.
