About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice to join our team at RepairUs Commercial Refrigeration Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing routine maintenance, and repairing complex refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems.
  • System Repair: Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess and maintain relevant certifications, such as the Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certificate.
  • Transportation and Travel: Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel to client sites as required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be able to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
