- You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Inventory and Merchandise Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process merchandise shipments, and ensure proper display and rotation of products.
- Cash Handling and Security: Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and implement security measures to prevent loss and theft.
- Store Appearance and Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Skills and Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, teamwork, dependability, judgment, ability to multitask
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
