Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2508174 ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
